Are you entering your Member ID and Password correctly?
1.
When using the 550access Dialer.
Ensure
that you are entering your 550access Member ID and Password
correctly. Note that your Member ID is everything to the
left of the @ symbol in your e-mail address. For example,
the Member ID for shawn123@550access.com is shawn123.
Remember that passwords are case-sensitive, so please
ensure that your Caps Lock key is not active.
2.
When using Windows Dial Up Networking.
Ensure
that you are entering your 550access Member ID and Password
correctly. Note that your username that you input
is everything including the @550access.com. For example,
the Username for shawn123 is shawn123@550access.com. Remember
that the username and passwords are both in lowercase,
so please ensure that your Caps Lock key is not active.

Do you have the software set to automatically remember
your Password?
Sometimes,
the password has been changed. This can happen due to
any number of reasons, such as someone accidentally leaning
on the keyboard. Try deleting the password and re-entering
it. In this instance, re-entering the information will
correct the error.

Have you reset your password recently?
If
you reset your password recently, make sure to enter the
new password into the 550access software. If you are unsure
which password the software remembers, enter your new
password on the 550access Log-on screen before attempting
to connect. If you never reset your password, then it
should be the same one you used when signing up for a
550access account. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive,
so make sure you are using the proper upper or lower case
letters.
