Error: TCP/IP not Installed

Check if your TCP/IP is installed
1.
Click on Start, select Setting and then Control Panels.
2.
Double-Click on Network Connection .
3.
Right Click on 550access and click on Properties.
4.
Click on Networking Tab.
5.
Make sure the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Box is checked.
Retry
the 550access connection.
