1) Error 602: Port Already Open
A.Check your modem and phone cord.
B. Completely restarted the computer.
C. Could it be possible that another program has accessed your modem and has not released it.
D. Make sure if your modem configured correctly?
2) Error 629: Port disconnected by the remote computer
A. Verify your encryption settings
B. Verify modem settings
3) Error 630: Port Disconnected due to Hardware Failure
A. Clear Voice Mail messages (if applicable)
B. Identify and query your installed modem
C. Remove unused modems
D. Change modem being used by the 550access software.
E. Remove invalid initialization strings.
F. Reinstall your modem driver.
4) Error 631: The Port was Disconnected by the User
A. Have you tried another access number?
B. Do you have Call Waiting?
C. Verify your modem settings
5) Error 645: Internal Authentication Error
A. Verify your encryption settings
B. Verify modem settings
6) Error 650: Server not responding
A. Verify your encryption settings
B. Verify modem settings
7) Error 676: The line is busy
A. Check and make your if you have the correct number.
8) Error 678: No Answer
A. Check that your modem is connected properly 
B. Make sure that your modem timeout settings are properly configured
C. Check your dialup settings
D. Check your access number and the settings related to it
E. Upgrade your modem drivers or enter an initialization string
F. Disable v.90 (if applicable)
9) Error 680: There is no dial tone
A. Check your modem settings
B. Check that your modem is connected properly
C. Disable other programs that may be using your modem
10) Error 691: Username - Password Invalid
A. Are you entering your Member ID and Password correctly?
B. Was your account successfully created?
C. Do you have the software set to automatically remember your Password?
D. Have you reset your password recently?
E. Is your access number valid?
F. Do you have the latest version of 550access?
G. Do you have the correct encryption settings?
11) Error: TCP/IP not Installed
A. Make a new TCP/IP if you don't have one already.
B. If Client for Microsoft Networks is not listed, you will need to add it.
C. If Dial-Up Adapter is not listed, you will need to add it.
D. If TCP/IP is not listed, you will need to add it.
E. Check Network Settings.
